Code of Conduct (Deloro Landfill Site)
- Users of the Landfill are to obey all posted signage
- Proceed on scale system at low speed with caution
- Use the facility at own risk
- Ensure public and personal safety/respect
- Drive to weather conditions
Violations of By-law No. 2017-7977 Schedule “A” Rules and Regulations for the use of the Deloro Landfill Site are as follows:
- First Offence: $50.00
- Second Offence: $100.00
- Third Offence: $125.00
Any repeat offenders of the rules listed above will be restricted from usage of the facility.
