The Accessible Customer Service Standard, Ontario Regulation 429/07, is the first accessibility standard to be adopted under the authority of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.
This Ontario law came into force on January 1, 2008 and states what businesses and other organizations in Ontario must do to make the provision of their goods and services more accessible to people with disabilities.

- Accessible Customer Service (the manner in which goods and services are provided to people with disabilities)
- Accessible Customer Service Training
- Alternative Format Documents
- Assistive Devices
- Availability of Documents
