Service Updates: 

The Northern College Express will not be in service February 17 - 21, 2025. Please use Route 16 for travel between the main Timmins Transit terminal on Spruce St. S. and South Porcupine and Porcupine.

Timmins Transit On-demand microtransit service has been suspended due to on-going staff shortages. This is a temporary measure until new drivers have been on-boarded and have completed training. We will provide updates on the return of Transit On-demand when available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our valued Transit riders.

Timmins Transit is a service operated by the City of Timmins. We provide a family of transportation services within the urban service area of the City seven days a week. We operate a fleet of over 25 buses, low floor buses, and accessible mini-buses.

Timmins Transit On-Demand provides accessible, door-to-door transit service for persons who cannot use regular transit.
