The City of Timmins is reviewing our waste management services to provide more convenient and equitable options for all residents. Currently, most residents receive curbside waste collection, but some rural households still rely on landfill sites for disposal. With landfill capacity becoming a growing concern and with the transition to a new Blue Box recycling system, we are exploring ways to improve service access while reducing landfill use.
