Class Environmental Assessment Road and Water Improvements - Project Update
The City of Timmins is planning to improve Hallnor Road during the 2016
construction season. Reconstruction will include upgrades to the road
base and surface and watermain extension (including services on private
property, if required) from Hwy 101 to the entrance of the City’s
planned rail industrial park.
